1. Yarn test. Responsible person Mr. Chinmoy. Avg Count, TM, Others,

2. Grey fabric check. Responsible person Mr. Reja in charge Machine dia, finished Dia, GSM, Stitch length, Dyed yarn shade, Stripes coarse, quality inspectors jobs distribute, defects reduce. Ensure grey Fabric Informations. Follow up Trial & 1st batch report and follow up and action,


3. Batch inspection and report should be attached behind the Batch card. SOP should be provided.


4. Shade including Rib and any attachment, approved responsibility Mr. Allauddin (asst. manager).


5. The Finishing department consider one or more rolls for finishing, He finished the goods as per SOP, the respective Quality folded the roll to check running shade and compare the shade with the counter swatch if he satisfied then signed over the Batch card and shelled. Without shade approval no one could be finished. Responsible person Mr. kamrul,

6. How many batch pass including shrinkage report and attachments (Rib, etc) will be recorded.


7. How many batch Fail including shrinkage report and attachments (Rib, etc) will be recorded with cause of fail and action with recovering time, follow up.
