AGM (Quality assurance) Major Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities:

1. Implement modern Quality management system through top management :
2. Set the right people in right place and make their responsibility with authority, work study, target fixing.
3. Analysis the root cause of defect, take corrective and preventive action.
4. Make policy to reduce Rejection /wastage reduces.
5. Workers modification to reduce mobile and movement.
6. Trained the worker to build up skill and ability.
7. Make budget and reduce departmental expenses.
8. Make data sheet, Evaluation sheet, compares.
9. Yarn Suppliers selection system.
10. Co-ordinate with all respective departments.
11. Ensure Correct Quality delivery to store including all attachment.
