✅✅ Complete Goods packing.

✅✅ Sending Final random inspection (FRI) request to buying house by merchandiser.

✅✅ Making packing list.

✅✅ Submitting Packing list to buyer QC.

✅✅ Checking packing accuracy as per packing list.

✅✅ Carton and Garments selection as per AQL/ sampling method.

✅✅ Checking factory's internal quality report, Button pull test report, etc.

✅✅ Color/Shade evaluation with approved shade card/lab dip.

✅✅ Fill up Final Inspection checklist

✅✅ Checking Garments with QC File/Order file.

✅✅ Trims & Embellishment check.

✅✅ Fit/ Measurement checking.

✅✅ Appearance /Visual defects checking.

✅✅ Defective goods are categorized.

✅✅ Final inspection report.

✅✅ Report evaluation.

✅✅ Pass.

✅✅If Fail Recheck →Re-inspection.

✅✅ Submitting report to buying house/or in Online system.

✅✅ Garments Delivery to shipping port.
