Main Responsibility of an IE 


1. Strongly Follow up Cutting , Sewing & Finishing with Quality Dept.

2. Make , Provide & Follow up Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Shipment Plan.

3. Arrange & Participate Daily Production Meeting.

4. Collect all Order ( Confirm + Projection ) from Merchandising department.

5. Make Line wise production plan base on fabric / Trims in-house date with considering Customer delivery date.

6. Maintain / Follow up TNA ( Cut To Ship) 
7. Based on plan need analysis the Sample if need to develop.

8. Style Wise Cut Mark & Drill Mark place need to Ensure 100%

9. Every Operation need to Reviews When Size set will be make.

10. Before make the Size Set Need to make moke up for Cretical Operation

11. Before 07 Days of Bulk input need to Order the special folder/Guide/Etc.

12. Before Start the New style Minimum 03 days before need to provide the paper layout sheet require dept.

13. Layout Production people Signature copy should keep in line wise file. & photocopy handover to production people. 

14. Minimum 01-days Before need to complete the Check list for every style.

15. From layout starting need to start the line feeding report.

16. If any operation take more than 30 minutes than need to inform by top management

17. Make line feeding Summary after complete the line feeding report.

18. After complete the layout within 03 days need to complete the capacity all line.

19. Capacity copy should proved to floor in charge/pm & production Dept.

20. For achieve the line TGT need to Suggest best Method.

21. If layout time increase any operation that should inform to IE Sr. Person.

22. Daily line TGT and Efficiency need to inform line management.

23. Find the bottle neck, analysis method and show method.

24. Every Hour need to follow up production board if any discrepancy need call in charge & line chief/sup

25. Everyday minimum 02 Operation need to time Study & Production Follow up Study for Data Bank. 

26. Follow up low performing Operator & take interview, Skill Operator grading, NPT Collect, Line Wise Manpower Setup etc. 

27. Everyday need to take Minimum 01 Operation Best Skill Video for data bank. & Skill matrix for Line Balancing. 

28. Need to make machine Requirement Report based on month Beginning Plan.

29. Operator skill level monthly basis and corrective action to train potential worker.

30. Line Feeding Pre-Set Initiative, Monthly QCO (Quick changeover) summary report.

31. Make Data Bank by Time Study.

32. Daily Target & Monthly Efficiency.

33. Ensure Optimum Use Of Machine.

34. Recommends the best methods of space, manpower, and material and equipment utilization in production facilities.

35. Counseling operator to increase efficiency & reduce absenteeism

36. Monthly Production & Shipment Closing Follow up.

37. Attend P.P Meeting With Production Staff.

38. Month Beginning Machine Budget Plan.

39. Follow Up & Monitoring TNA (Size-Set to Bulk Production).

40. Apply industrial tools and techniques in improving productivity and efficiency

41. Reducing Garment cost by using Industrial Engineering tools (ECP/Preset/QCO).

42. Method finalization (Production friendly & Cost saving) with sample room during development sample & go through garments construction at risk assessment meeting. 

43. Critical Operation identifies & presetting machines/attachment before size set.

44. Trained up Operations team to improve productivity & reduce the cost by SMV savings.

45. Arranging pp meeting before going to cutting.
